SOLVIE was founded by us, three female entrepreneurs, with over 20 years of experience in the social field. We bring with us personal familiarity with dealing with life's challenges and bureaucratic systems along with rich experience from senior management positions in various non-profits and foundations, membership in the Committee to Fight Poverty, and developing services for diverse populations.
Zehava Tesfai
VP of Business Development
She holds a BA in Education, Sociology and Anthropology and a MA in Management of Nonprofits and Community Organizations. Zehava has worked for over two decades in the fields of welfare, immigration and education, and has extensive experience in initiating and leading cross-sector strategic partnerships with partners from government ministries, philanthropic foundations and non-profits, as well as working and developing solutions for underserved groups. Zehava lives in the south of the country.
Tal Goldman Shahar
VP of Operations
She has a bachelor's degree in social work and a master's degree in business administration and social leadership.
Has extensive experience in planning and leading strategic moves, partnerships in the social sector, as well as fundraising and philanthropy.
Tal has been living in San Francisco for the past five years, married to Or, and a mother of three.
Yael Amar Tolub
Founder and CEO
She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in organizational psychology.
Yael has 20 years of experience in the social field. She has served in several senior management positions, including as a founding partner of Kasht La Kasht, in her work on the Committee to Fight Poverty, and as VP of the Friendship Foundation.
Yael lives in Moshav Mevo in Beitar, married to Yotam and mother of 4 children.
