The company undertakes to maintain in strict confidentiality any personal information provided by the applicant as part of the process of receiving the service, whether the information is provided via a referral form or provided during the provision of the service. The company uses this information solely to provide the service and for internal learning and research purposes to improve the service. The applicant's data will be stored in an online data system of Monday Company that meets strict international data security standards. The company operates according to the principles of privacy protection and undertakes to take all necessary measures to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information.

Sharing information with professionals

During the provision of the service, the Company may share personal information with the referring party and relevant professionals, such as lawyers, social workers and other experts, as necessary and in accordance with the requirements of the process. Any such sharing will be subject to a commitment to confidentiality and privacy protection.

Form of communication with the applicant

The Company will use the WhatsApp platform to communicate with the Applicant, including through written and voice messages. The Applicant hereby authorizes the use of this communication channel to receive services from the Company.

 

Saving professional details
As part of the referral and support process, the details of the professionals involved in the process will be stored in the company's data system. This information includes the information of the professional who fills out the referral form as well as the details of the professional who supports the applicant throughout the rest of the process.

 

Applicant's signature and approval of agreements
Before receiving the service, the applicant will be required to sign a form confirming all of the following agreements:

• Consent to store his personal information in Monday's data system.

• Approval to share information with professionals, including lawyers, social workers and other experts, to provide the service.

• Permission to use the communication channel via written and recorded messages on WhatsApp.

 

Power of attorney
In addition, the applicant will be required to sign a power of attorney that will allow the company to act on his behalf within the framework of the needs required for the provision of the service.
The company considers maintaining privacy and information security to be of paramount importance and undertakes to operate with full transparency and in compliance with the law and privacy protection rules.
