Background on SOLVIE

Dealing with public systems, bureaucratic processes, and exercising rights is one of the most complex challenges in our lives. Whether it is dealing with Social Security, the legal system, tax authorities, or any other public body - the journey to get a response is often frustrating, confusing, and drains valuable resources.

Many of us find ourselves lost in the bureaucratic maze: difficult-to-understand forms, missing documents, conflicting answers from different agencies, and a lack of clear direction. The result is not only a waste of time and resources, but also a loss of basic rights that we are entitled to by law.

Public systems, despite their good intentions, are struggling to provide a comprehensive and effective response. The burden on social and public services is increasing year by year, while the tools at their disposal are lagging behind technologically and methodologically. New thinking and innovative tools are needed to bridge the gap between needs and response.

And that's why we founded SOLVIE.

SOLVIE was founded by three female entrepreneurs with over 20 years of experience in the social field. They bring with them a wealth of experience from senior management positions in various non-profits and foundations, membership in the Committee to Fight Poverty, and development of services for diverse populations. Their vision is to create an innovative system that combines advanced technology with a unique methodology.
